“I had no complaints at the quality of the product and delivery was prompt but have returned the boots as I searched for grey ankle boots. These came up on that search and the colour was described as 'pepper' which to me is grey (ie salt and pepper hair - grey!) especially as I searched grey! They were definitely not grey, they were taupe so am only disgruntled that I ended up having to pay over £4 to return an item I thought would fit the description and requirement”

“what can you say about this company, send oout marked shoes, and no opoligy from the company, told me it was a free returns, and they took £9.00 back for delivery when it was free in the first place, stay well clear and save your time, and hasstle, no wonder this country is going to the dogs, with these rip of companys, They dont no what customer sevice is, SAVE your money and buy elsewhere”

Naturally, I'm disappointed to read about your experience, and I hope you will accept our sincere apologies that you received an item from us that was in poor condition. I have reviewed your account and can confirm you were not charged for outgoing postage, and your return was free of charge also. Please note that you initially received a 10% discount - I believe this is where the confusion lies. You were only charged £76.50 for this item and you have received a full refund. “My order of Nike trainers took a week to arrive in store. On collection, the outer bag was torn and not sealed correctly and the Nike box was damaged enough to see and feel inside the box. Luckily, the trainers were not marked or damaged. Poor really considering how this company prides itself on quality and service.”

Thank you for taking time to your feedback. While I am glad that the trainers were not damaged, I am sorry to hear that you received it in packaging that did not live up to the expected quality. I understand it is concerning to see the packaging in that condition and to wonder if the shoes themselves were impacted. Mostly recently I bought some boots in the sale and had an issue (not with the boot but with the pricing) and one of their customer services resolved this to my satisfaction and quickly.
