“We recently visited Stratford on Avon and whilst there popped into Charles Clinkard shoe shop. I selected a pair I liked , but there was not the colour and size I wanted in the store. The shop assistant couldn’t have been more helpful. She got me a pair of the same design in a different colour to try and explained about ordering a home delivery- once she had checked that these were available. She also explained about the follow up process if all not well. I felt very confident to buy this way. The delivery arrived in 3 days and I am very happy with my shoes”

“one of the easiest online purchases I've made, and I make many! Also the return which was very straight forward with a very fair Postage which was taken from the refund. The boots were in perfect order and the packing was very good. There is a great range of footwear to choose from but it's impossible to guess what the fit might be and it is such a relief to be able to make an easy return if shoes don't fit”

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. I'm sorry that your order didn't arrive when expected. I've looked into this and despite us dispatching your order within the promised timeframe, Royal Mail took longer than they should have to deliver it. It was sent on a 24 hour service so should have been with you on Saturday 19th October.
