Thank you for your review, I apologise sincerely that you have received shoes with no packaging. We do have returns which are re sent, a customer may have ordered 2 sizes to check for fit and return one pair. However all shoes should be checked for quality and also re packaged if needed and we are genuinely sorry that we have let you down on this occasion. Kind regards, Janice - customer services

“Your company is excellent and I have been buying from you for a number of years now. This time however I was extremely disappointed with your couriers ,it took them 5 days to deliver my parcel even though it was supposed to be next day delivery . I always track my packages and it seems it was stuck!! At one delivery centre for 4 days. When ordering, is there any way, we the customer can decide who delivers our parcel, as I really don't want DPD to be honest and much prefer Royal mail.”
