“I need to use orthotics which means I have to be able to replace the insoles that come with shoes. The insoles on these shoes were fixed so I couldn't wear the shoes. There was no mention of this on the website, why not?”

Thank you for your review. On our website we have filters, one of these being 'removable insoles' under properties.
