“I was very disappointed when my shoes arrived as they were clearly not a new pair of shoes. I have now received a new pair of shoes. The shoes were ordered in store. The first pair were delivered by post office and the second pair by courier. I would be very wary about ordering from you again. The delivery time is how long it took to get the second pair of shoes.”

“The staff in the Darlington branch are very helpful and friendly with a good knowledge of the different brands and how they generally fit. They offer good advice and do not push you to buy.
