I ordered a watch online, but it was not quite what I expected when it arrived. I returned it and was given an immediate acknowledgement of its return, and a refund arrived very quickly.

A good reduction on other outlets. However I do think when you are spending £300 that postage should be free! Second time I have bought from online having used shop in Street. Would use again for sure!

Quick and easy to order and the watch was delivered within three days, only thing I would say is that I did not receive any email Confirmation of the order and I did phone to check that the order had gone through as I thought this was a little unusual as you always get some kind of confirmation when Internet shopping.

I'm from Singapore and recently purchased a watch. Overall i'm satisfied just disappointed at the bumps on the original tin like box. The product which is bubble wrapped and working fine together with all the original contents that are inside. Delivery was prompt as mentioned. To international consumers looking to make purchase here, I would give it a thumbs up.

I order up a pair of white gold ear rings as an anniversary present .The delivery was quick . Sadly i was less impressed with the earring first they are alot smaller than i expected and secondly after only wearing 3 times one of the backs has come off. So I how have to find some white gold butterflies back before my wife can wear them again

The watch I ordered arrived earlier than I expected and it was as described. I was very pleased with the speed of delivery and would have given 5 stars except that I think service could have been a bit better if I'd been given dispatch notice by email so I'd know when to expect arrival. It was lucky that I was working from home all week that week, but if I hadn't been, this lack of information woudld have been an issue. I would definitely consider buying from Chapelle again.

Ordered online but felt that dispatch was rather slow compared with most online vendors. Once dispatched delivery was fairly quick. The RM tracking feature isn't much use, it only tells when the item has been delivered, which I know anyway.
