“I bought a watch which was nice but too large for my small wrists. I immediately returned the item for a refund and within 24 hours Chapelle Customer Services had a. offered to help in any weay they could & b. Refunded me my money. Great Customer Service= 5 Star Rating & One Happy Customer!”

“Following a burglary of our house during Christmas we were able to replace the pendant that my wife had had stolen to match the ear rings that fortunately she had been wearing.”
