Thanks for your feedback. Your order was dispatched next working day, which was Monday as you ordered on a Friday, so I am sorry for that slight delay. We are also working on adding additional dimensions to make the sizes clearer as we appreciate that it can be hard sometimes, and I have now added them to this product too. Packaging and delivery was excellent, however, the Mens Citizen Promaster Wingman bracelet watch JQ8005-56E is advertised as being ecodrive. This clearly isn't the case and is misleading. I have bought the watch for my teenage son for Xmas and I'm sure he'll will be pleased with it. If on the other hand I had bought it for myself expecting ecodrive functionality I would have returned the watch. This should be corrected straight away.

Thank you for your feedback. The difference between the AR3045-52E and the AR3045-52F should be that the AR3045-52E model has silver tone hands and the AR3045-52F model has gold tone hands. That stock code should definitely be the AR3045-52F model and we use the images supplied by Citizen so if there is a problem please do give me additional details and I will ensure it is rectified immediately. I am very sorry that the Bluetooth function didn't work properly. We sell a lot of this watch and have never had any previous problems. I'm glad to hear you were happy about our service and speed. If I could just explain about delivery, we have to send all items over ÂŁ100 by Special Delivery so it is insured and we do state this on our delivery page. Unfortunately due to our guaranteed savings we just don't have the margins to include delivery in the price. I will also pass on your comments about the picture - there will be some variation because it is a natural stone but I will check it is representative of our current stock.
