“Ordered a mens ring and arrived quickly, the ring is as expected the only critisism is the very basic box it came in, would have been nice something a bit better as it's for a gift, that is why i have not rated 5.”

“I can only review the purchasing and subsequent delivery as the earrings are a Christmas present. I was delighted that I was able to utilise the 30% off deal. The delivery was sopt on as far as timing was concerned. I obviously opened the beautiful box to check contents but didn't take them out of their wrapper. I know my daughter is going to be delighted with the total package. Thank you for making me happy too.”

“I visited Chapelle in Bridgend and there was a problem between the advertised price and the price on the till. The manageress got involved and wasn't very helpful or pleasant, compared to the very helpful assistant I previously dealt with. I ended up contacting the head office who were extremely helpful and the problem was resolved. The jewellery is beautiful and extremely competitively priced. I would definitely recommend”

“I bought a watch from you for a friend and the same watch only in black from another shop as you didnt have it, she seems very happy with them the only thing I would say is it took 2 days longer to come than the other shop and they didnt charge for postage thank you.”

“My order was scheduled to be delivered 16/10/18 but didnt arrive till 22/10/18! I had to ring customer services who said it woykd arrive on 18/10/18! So not as prompt as ut promises unfortunately.”

“I thought the pendant was lovel just what I wanted,. The chain is very fine and I will have to be careful wearing it around my grand children but it looks very good with the pendant. I was very impressed with the service and how quickly they sent the item after they were out of stock. The communication was very good.”

“I bought small Rose gold studs that look very similar to Ted Baker studs, but are actual solid Rose gold and half the price! Can’t fault delivery or items. I will definitely be a regular on the website as well as in my local branch.”
