I was a bit disappointed after ordering the ring online. The web site stated that the ring was available. As such I made the purchase. Only to be informed after my purchase that they had to get the ring from another store. This took another two weeks and as I thought I had made the purchase in time for my Son's birthday, it did not arrive in time for his special event. The web site is very mis-leading. However, the ring is very nice.

We do aim to provide as much information to our customers as possible so I'm sorry to hear that you did not feel this was the case. If I could refer you to our delivery page (http://www.chapelle.co.uk/delivery), which is linked to from every product page, it does state that rings do take longer for delivery and we try to keep our customers informed of their order's progress. Service rating :I'm glad to hear that the gift was well received and am very sorry that you thought the service was a little slow. I can see that your order was dispatched the next working day, which was a Friday, and arrived on the Monday. I'm afraid Royal Mail do not count weekends as working days which is why it may have taken a little longer than you hoped and apologise for the delay. Kind regards Gabby

I was initially disappointed to discover my watch had arrived with a flat battery but Chapelle got me to send it back and it was returned within 3 days so not too bad The watch is gorgeous

Waiting for Returns Note to send ring back. Phoned 24th July Now 28th and no sign of it online YET.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you have not received a returns note. When you received your order in the post there were two sheets of paper, one is the returns note with our returns address. This just needs attaching to the parcel and then we recommend you return the item using a Royal Mail signed for service to insure it whilst it is in the postal system. In case you do not have the paperwork I will email you a copy of both sheets this morning. Kind regards Sarah
