“I ordered earrings as a gift. They were lovely, well packaged. I most likely will buy from you again. But please make it clearer that when choosing a postage option, the buyer is selecting the days it will take to post from your dispatch date (which is not the same as the date purchased).”

“nicely made, shame it did not fit. I bought one of your bracelets in Street after trying it on. In hindsight I should have done the same with this one. Would have saved me a few£££ in postage”

“We have made 2 orders during the last 6 months, no problems but the promised dispatch email failed to arrive until day of delivery, I would expect the dispatched email the day before delivery. Otherwise very happy”

“The information on the website was good and so were the prices. When I tried to buy I had a problem that was essentially my fault because I hadn't put in the information needed to add in the postage costs, but I got forwarded to Paypal without the costs being shown and the system wasn't helpful in sorting out that problem. I got a confirmation email straight away that said I would get tracking information when the watch was dispatched, but I didn't. The first I knew was I got an email from Royal Mail saying they were about to deliver. Anyway, it did get to me quickly and well-packaged, so overall I'm happy.”

“Delivery was prompt but unfortunately they sent me the wrong watch. However, once I contacted customer service I was able to arrange to go to my local store and exchange it for the correct one. So cannot give maximum stars but at least the problem was resolved quickly. I am now happy with my new watch and the price I paid for it.”

“The earrings are lovely but I would suggest that they are photographed so the actual size is obvious. They are a lot daintier than the photo suggests.”
