Delivery was prompt but unfortunately they sent me the wrong watch. However, once I contacted customer service I was able to arrange to go to my local store and exchange it for the correct one. So cannot give maximum stars but at least the problem was resolved quickly. I am now happy with my new watch and the price I paid for it.
