Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear you are disappointed that the earrings did not come with a diamond certificate or warranty detailing the diamond weight. All our diamond jewellery is set with real diamonds but not every piece has a certificate as providing detailed independent reports on each diamond would push up the prices of our diamond pieces. Any diamond item that has a certificate is advertised as such; unfortunately this is not something we offer on the diamond earrings you purchased. If you have any further queries do contact us. I am sorry to hear of the situation you outline in your feedback and for the distress and inconvenience this will have caused you. I believe you were sized as an M in our Dalton Park store and that you then ordered the ring online. We are concerned to hear that the ring was too small as we order each wedding ring directly from the manufacturer and it is then made especially for the order in the size stated. I believe you have spoken to my colleague Trish who arranged for a larger size ring to be sent to our Dalton Park store and I have been informed that you collected this ring at the weekend.
