“Order was a week late and Skirting was left outside in the rain on my front driveway all day and when opened three lengths were split and damaged to much and corners were crushed in from being dropped , so had to cut out damage and throw away , I lost a full length due to damage ! Terrible service”

“Ordered skirting that was primed, took past the delivery timeframe they said before it came, and when it did two of the pieces were damaged on the top where it would show. I reported it within 10 minutes of delivery and sent pictures of the damaged skirting when they replied to ask for proof. The next day I had an email from Chloe Louise at CE Skirting to say "once you've painted cut and fitted the skirting the small marks will not be seen". They are not interested in sorting any issues with damaged goods, so buyer beware....”

“Skirtings still haven’t been delivered, ordered on 9th December, is now the 30th. Website says delivery within 6-10 working days as does the invoice. Very disappointing service”

“Poor very poor! Ordered 4.2m skirting, the delivery client then lost the parcel, didn’t give any updates, then dropped the found parcel on the drive and left, didn’t knock or anything, of which the parcel was snapped… the end of the 4.2m had been clearly snapped off making all 5 lengths roughly 4m, would have been fine if the company sorted it! But ringing the number it’s always busy, and emailed over a week ago, then did a form on the website around 5 days ago, and still absolutely nothing from the company, over £100 on skirting board with a small company, but has been a nightmare! Would not recommend at all!”

“Very disappointing experience. Wrong items were sent with my order, the undercoating on the boards was extremely poor quality, and the courier handled the packages carelessly. I had to spend extra time sanding and repainting, which completely defeated the purpose of paying for pre-finished products. To make matters worse, the company does not respond to messages, making it impossible to resolve the issue. Would not recommend.”

“Mdf must stand for medium density fluffyboard. Not impressed with this skirting board, it falls apart when cut and has no substance. As i said, it seems to be made of fluff, not wood fibre.”

Hi Neil, Your order was processed back in July, I cant see any contact from you post delivery to resolve any concerns prior to this review 3 months later. Id like to see a picture of the board you received that 'falls apart' as it wouldn't come from our factory! We only use MR MDF in all of our MDF Moldings. “Didn't hear nothing for 3 days then after I sent an email asking what's going on they said they didn't have the long lengths I wanted and they said they will send me 8ft lengths. I said no I want a refund, they said OK, then 5 days later I received a refund. A waste of time for me.”
