Can't comment on the skirting as we haven't received it. 3 days of promises of delivery, and still nothing. Useless courier company that you employ. Waste of time.

When I placed my order, I was informed that it would be dispatched week starting the 10th, it is now the 26th and still no delivery. Very poor.

shambles the ordering process was straight forward However when it comes to receiving the goods that is a different matter promised delivery on the thursday by your appointed courier waited at my office until 6pm NO SHOW then contacted CE SKIRTING was told it would be delivered on friday NO SHOW got onto CE SKIRTING following monday promised it would be delivered then guess what NO SHOW cancelled order requested refund and guess what NO SHOW ON REFUND EITHER (as of 16/10/23) very frustrating company to deal with and if i have any advice for the stop using that courier ABSOLUTE DISGRACE not bothered about customer or customer work schedule

Order No #103535 Disappointing service, poor communications (never called back when promised), and no ownership of the issue. It took 19 days, for the fast delivery service, to deliver nothing to me. Unable to pass comment on the quality of the product as it never arrived. I would have preferred the product instead of the refund.

Terrible - will never use again and would advise anybody else to do so. Paid extra for quicker delivery, after nearly 2 weeks and multiple chasing up to find where my order was it was eventually cancelled and I had to procure from elsewhere. Shocking service.

We received our skirting boards broken in two places and we call and asked for replacement but they simply said we should reported within 24h the damage. Basically we opened the package after a week when our carpenter was booked. Very unprofessional and would never buy again from this seller.

I cannot recommend this Company at all. They took my order on 12th May (postcode to mainland Scotland accepted at time of ordering). I had an order receipt straight away & payment taken & a notification that my delivery may be up to a week due to being in the Higlands so I arranged carpet fitters to suit. 2 weeks later I chased up my delivery and was told that even they had accepted my order and taken payment they had cancelled my order as delivery did not suit their courier. At NO point was I informed and it has taken me 3 weeks & numerous emails to get my money back. Went to Wickes instead & had my skirting boards delivered by local courier within 3 days. Went for the cheaper option and customer service / supply was absolutely dreadful - avoid.

I ordered on the 22nd of April with a 10 day delivery. It’s now the 16th of May and the item have still not arrived.

Absolutely shocking service from this company. Slow to reply to emails, ordered on 3rd April and had half of the order delivered 2 weeks later and still waiting on the remainder of my delivery. Avoid all costs. Ridiculous

Didn't arrive the next day, there was not a postal - train strike - did not come back to me on the email...did not come back to me via phone either, despite saying that they would. Paid over the top for a service that didn't happen and they didn't care.

I ordered a skirting boards on the 6th of April now is 18th of April and I still didn’t receive anything. The website said is 5-7 working days to deliver the items and they will send me an email when they dispatched the them. Never happened. Very disappointed. No communication at all. Taking the people money and job done.

Disappointing. Searched specifically for a company to do next day delivery to work in with joiner and decorator, Didn’t arrive next working day despite pay extra for the carriage and choosing from the ‘next day’ selection and missed the deadline with the other trades. Now have to get them back to start over, if they can fit the job in?

I received an email saying that my delivery was delayed by 1 day which is fine. When it came to the delayed delivery date there was no delivery. When I spoke to customer support I was told there was a mistake and it’s delayed again by 1 more day. This was frustrating but it happens and the customer services told me they’ll speak to management and see if there’s anything that they can do to apologise. I never received a call back or anything just came home to the product sat on my drive in the rain, my wife was in the house to take delivery but the delivery driver said he can’t enter the house so he left timber on the driveway in the pouring rain 👍🏻, nice one

Ordered skirting on a Thursday for a three/four working day delivery. Advised by courier company Tuffnells it should arrive by the following Thursday. Confirmation email and tracking number then sent advising delivery Friday. Waited in at home. Received email delivery had been made. Complete and utter lie. I have not received my goods and cannot contact either sender or courier company as it’s now the weekend. Very unhappy customer.

All orders are dispatched in time for a 3-4 working day delivery time, however, some locations do take slightly longer to be delivered once they are with the courier and this is advised in our delivery information section on the website. We apologise on behalf of Tuffnells for marking the goods as delivered before this was the case. Dreadful customer service - skirting arrived with damaged and cracked edges but no refund given, despite sending photos that clearly show the edges have been damaged. Delivery driver just dropped them in front of the door without waiting for domeone to come out and check the goods, he drove off by the time the door opened. Would not purchase here again and do not recommend.

Hi there, Thank you for leaving us a review. We appreciate all feedback from our customers. Having had these images reviewed by our technical team, these boards did not warrant replacements. Our terms and conditions state the following: We refer to ‘damage’ as the product being in completely unusable condition. When fitting our products, they need to be cut and mitered to fit in almost every case. Damage to the very ends of the products will not warrant a replacement/refund if we feel the product is still fit for use. Best regards, Oliver.
