“Really nice skirting very pleased with it I ordered 3 lengths and realised I needed another 2lenghs. So paid 50 p0und in total delivery cost . So it would have been cheaper to go to my local b@q”

“Pleased with our order although it is very frustratign having a minumum spend of £50. I was spending £48 and had to order something I didnt need in order to qualify for delivery (which was another £50!).”

“The product itself was excellent and had been well machined and packaged well for transit. Unfortunately after having to pay for this to be couriered they did not deliver on the day they said and I waited in all day for the delivery. They did eventually deliver it 4 days later.”

“Happy with products ordered, arrived well packaged, however only given 4 stars due to delivery not being notified in advance. Was only aware it was being delivered when driver arrived at site, which was not occupied. Had we known it was coming I would have been there waiting. Thankfully a neighbour took delivery, but for such large, heavy items this was very awkward & should have been unnecessary.”

“Good product. Damage to 1 length out of 8 can be expected. Obviously dropped on routed edge, with force. It was amongst other lengths untouched.?”

“Your architraves are great but as for your skirtings then I can't comment as I have not received them. There were 3 parcels to deliver but they only brought 1, I have twice been in contact with SGK to try and get a day and time for the second delivery but they still have not given any indication as to when delivery will be. I will be on holiday's on Thursday so if the delivery is not today or tomorrow then I don't know what will happen as the delivery address is an empty property. Makes me wonder whether to order from yourselves in the future. Last time I ordered from you there was no hassle what so ever, but now, with the new courier that's all I have is hassle.”
