“Easy to navigate website to find what you are looking for. I wanted 15mm thick skirting and architrave. No minimum order. Delivery charges are fair and available before ordering. My order was well protected for delivery. Delivery was within the days specified when ordering. My skirting and architrave was well finished with an undercoat. Now all fitted and looking good. I recommend using Cutting Edge. This was my last project wish I had found them before.”

“The product good, but the delivery was a day late (despite paying a lot to get it when needed). After emailing their customer services to ask for a measure of compensation on the delivery cost, I got no reply.”

“Really good company and great products, we had an issue with 3 lengths of skirting which had been snapped on delivery. I reported within 24 hours and Chloe arrnaged replacements. Great customer service will 100% use again.”

Hi Judith, Its shame to hear we haven't delivered the standards you expected on this order, it looks like you ordered primed Ogee skirtingboard and architraves, these do require sanding and an undercoat on site before fitting as the profile goes quite deep into the board. “Product was as expected. Paid £5 extra for fast delivery. Then received an email saying they were short staffed so delivery might be delayed. It was, beyond the time frame given for express delivery which delayed completion by the builder. No offer of a delivery refund”

“I would avoid this company at all costs. If you have any issues with the product or looking to get a refund. Good luck with that take weeks to respond then just ignore your email. I have never known customer service so bad.”

“Order was a week late and Skirting was left outside in the rain on my front driveway all day and when opened three lengths were split and damaged to much and corners were crushed in from being dropped , so had to cut out damage and throw away , I lost a full length due to damage ! Terrible service”

“Ordered skirting that was primed, took past the delivery timeframe they said before it came, and when it did two of the pieces were damaged on the top where it would show. I reported it within 10 minutes of delivery and sent pictures of the damaged skirting when they replied to ask for proof. The next day I had an email from Chloe Louise at CE Skirting to say "once you've painted cut and fitted the skirting the small marks will not be seen". They are not interested in sorting any issues with damaged goods, so buyer beware....”
