“I received an email saying that my delivery was delayed by 1 day which is fine. When it came to the delayed delivery date there was no delivery. When I spoke to customer support I was told there was a mistake and it’s delayed again by 1 more day. This was frustrating but it happens and the customer services told me they’ll speak to management and see if there’s anything that they can do to apologise. I never received a call back or anything just came home to the product sat on my drive in the rain, my wife was in the house to take delivery but the delivery driver said he can’t enter the house so he left timber on the driveway in the pouring rain 👍🏻, nice one”

“Ordered skirting on a Thursday for a three/four working day delivery. Advised by courier company Tuffnells it should arrive by the following Thursday. Confirmation email and tracking number then sent advising delivery Friday. Waited in at home. Received email delivery had been made. Complete and utter lie. I have not received my goods and cannot contact either sender or courier company as it’s now the weekend. Very unhappy customer.”

All orders are dispatched in time for a 3-4 working day delivery time, however, some locations do take slightly longer to be delivered once they are with the courier and this is advised in our delivery information section on the website. We apologise on behalf of Tuffnells for marking the goods as delivered before this was the case. We are now in contact with Tuffnells to resolve this issue and ensure it doesn't happen again as we completely understand how frustrating this can be for customers.
