“Great customer service, Sarah was very helpful with initial advice by email, prompt delivery, impressive 2 days even at this difficult time and superb product. Colour wasn’t quite as expected, we ordered from colour card, but we really like it now it’s finished. 👍🏻”

“The online purchase was easy and the delivery excellent as it was under a week. Although a specialist breathable paint I felt the cost was quite high compared to normal emulsion paints.”

“I am very happy with my sheep’s wool insulation, and with the process of ordering and delivery. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful, and the delivery driver was also friendly and helpful. But I was very disappointed to find that the wool was wrapped in three layers of plastic, one of which is a kind of clingfilm that I think can’t be recycled. For the rest I am left with a heap of plastic sheeting and bags that I now have to try to work out how to find somewhere to recycle it. I bought this product as a sustainable, environmentally friendly product, and it is really disappointing to have packaging that is not at all environmentally friendly.”

“On the last delivery, the paint tin was superficially dented and bottom out of shape. However, there was no spillage/leakage. The previous two deliveries were perfect. Three deliveries - all on time, thank you.”

“I ordered thermafleece cosywool on line but was able to speak to a lady at Celtic Sustainables on the phone about technical and practical issues. The only issue was that I could not track the delivery but the lady at the office was again very helpful. I am pleased with the product, which is pleasant to lay and environmentally friendly”

“They had the range of paint I needed, but I failed to notice that the expedited delivery I paid for referred to next business day rather than next day. This meant that the paint arrived on Monday when I had needed it on Saturday.”
