“I had a lot of problems with delivery due to the delivery company but Celtic Sustainables customer service was fantastic. They made a huge effort to sort out the problem and communicated really well.”

“Easy to use and seems to have a good insulation rating. The size of 100mm thick, I ordered, was not what I received. However, because of the need to install, I just used more of the 75mm which read supplied.”

“Your big problem is the people who do your deliveries being unable to undersand or follow instructions. This is made worse by the impossible/ non working communication system suggested on the cards that they leave. Having asked for delivery to the back garden they delivered to a neighbour! The boxes are also not quite up to redelivery so arrived falling apart.”

“Good product, good price, delivered in a timely manner. Only quibble would be that splitting every pack of two rolls and packing again in separate cardboard boxes seems a little wasteful (unsustainable?)”

“The product looks good and arrived well wrapt. I was informed that there was a slight delay of delivery due to increased demand. It was only delayed by 3 or 4 days. I was informed that it had been shipped but I didn't receive a delivery date. Fortunately I was at home when it arrived the delivery driver was very helpful.”

“Very good service. After ordering online they took the time to call me to explain that the paint i ordered would come straight from the manufacturers the next day. The only problem was that somewhere between the online order form and the courier it got sent to my home address instead of the job where i was working. Which meant that i travelled 60 mile round trip for nothing as i needed the paint that day. So i would suggest that if they are not 100% clear on the delivery address to make a further phone call. Other than that i would thoroughly recommend celtic sustainables.”

Hi there, I quickly crossed checked everything on our side as this is serious if it happens. However, it looks like the delivery went to the address you specified on the online order, including the proof of delivery from the supplier. “I have used natural pigments from CS for several years now to add to my tile adhesive for my mosaic art. I find the small 100g tubs perfect for my needs. Great colour range.”

“The product (Lime Mortar) was excellent. However, whilst the Lime Mortar cost £10.50, the only delivery option was £30, thus increasing the overall price by an additional 300%.”
