“Prompt delivery and very well packaged, not easy with paint! Did find the product descriptions a little confusing I was expecting my small fine surface filler to be pre mixed.”

“Very easy purchase with competitive pricing and delivered within 3 days. It is just a shame that such a natural product that was already wrapped in plastic had to be bagged up again in plastic.....”

“Very happy with the ordering process. Reasonably priced. What I didn't like was the amount of polyethylene packaging that I was left with. Not sustainable! Surely there's an alternative?”

“The website was pretty easy to navigate and to search for the decorative water butt, which I subsequently purchased. The follow up call for delivery was extremely prompt and polite. However, the delivery driver did not phone the one hour before delivery and delivered within the morning slot when the afternoon slot was asked for. This, I don't believe was the fault of Celtic Sustainable, as it was written on the delivery slip but with the delivery company, perhaps they need to check into this as it dropped them a star.”

“Insulation is definitely non-itch & easy to tear into lengths, but was disappointed that the bag it was put in for courier was plastic rather than paper, and so taped that it couldn't even be reused.”

“Prompt, product as described. Rather unusual delivery service called my mobile number from outside our property to say was delivering when of course I was at work. They redelivered a few days later by arrangment but not sure why they didn't call to arrange in the first place. Happy with product and service.”

“My wife had ordered the white emulsion by Aero, which proved to be impossible to apply as the paint was from a faulty batch. However, it must be said that Anthony of Celtic did replace that paint with good old Earthborn paint. So a thumbs up for Celtic but a big negative for the Aero company for selling poor quality paint.”

“Used thermafleece cosywool 140mm to lay on boards over existing insulation in loft. Lovely Product - quick and easy to lay and safe to use. Made big difference during recent cold spell. It’s expensive but worth the extra. Delivery amazingly swift but slightly chaotic (DPD?) came in dribs and drabs and never any warning given - one lot would’ve been left out in rain had i not arrived home just as driver was leaving! Would def recommend product, but delivery needs sorting out.”
