“I have to so how polite and helpful Celtic Sustainables were with replacing one of the Lime Filler products which was unfortunately picked incorrectly. This was quite understandable as the packages look almost identical. There was no problem about sending a replacement out on the very same day I called along with a very genuine apology and great service.”

“was delivered in the time it said and the product Earthborn Ecopro white matt paint was excellent as the reviews said - best paint I've used (I've used a lot) and will only buy this for my house renovations now as I could happily paint and live in the house with no smell and chemical worries, went on beautifully even with a wide brush rather than rollered. My only reason for not giving 5/5 was that the packaging was not very eco being a sustainable company; there was a lot of plastic where I thought you could have used more paper/cardboard.”

“My order of various masonry paint was part delivered. They helped track down the missing package and it was delivered. They phoned to confirm their action. Great customer service. Product price is keen as well. I will use again :-)”

“Great customer service, Sarah was very helpful with initial advice by email, prompt delivery, impressive 2 days even at this difficult time and superb product. Colour wasn’t quite as expected, we ordered from colour card, but we really like it now it’s finished. 👍🏻”

“The online purchase was easy and the delivery excellent as it was under a week. Although a specialist breathable paint I felt the cost was quite high compared to normal emulsion paints.”

“I am very happy with my sheep’s wool insulation, and with the process of ordering and delivery. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful, and the delivery driver was also friendly and helpful. But I was very disappointed to find that the wool was wrapped in three layers of plastic, one of which is a kind of clingfilm that I think can’t be recycled. For the rest I am left with a heap of plastic sheeting and bags that I now have to try to work out how to find somewhere to recycle it. I bought this product as a sustainable, environmentally friendly product, and it is really disappointing to have packaging that is not at all environmentally friendly.”
