“The insulation was fantastic - incredibly quick and easy to fit and handle, no odour at all and seems very effective. The only reason I gave 4 stars is the surprising amount of plastic it came wrapped in. Given it's a sustainable product, a bit more thought could be put into the packaging. But the product is absolutely 5 star.”

“This company was helpful and the communication was very good. The product that we ordered was as described and we are satisfied with it. However, Celtic Sustainables were let down by their delivery company/distribution network. The van that arrived contained our order only on a pallet. It was removed from the pallet in the van. The item was then unloaded from the van and carried through our gate, not by the delivery driver, but by someone who was doing some work for us. The driver then insisted on unloaded the pallet from his van and carrying this onto our property, taking a photograph of the item plus the pallet next to it and refused to take the pallet back with him, leaving us with the problem of getting rid of the pallet. The driver also informed us that this was part of the sales terms and conditions of Celtic Sustainables which I was unaable to verify on the website. I suggest if this is indeed part of the terms of delivery, please make it clear on ordering. If it is not, please advise your delivery network to remove the pallet. Whilst this may not be an issue for goods being delivered into commercial premises, it certainly is an issue for items delivered to domestic properties as no account is taken of the householder's abilities (or disabilities) to dispose of a pallet.”

“The paint stripper made me happy because it’s vegan and also safe for pets. I used it in combination with sanders and a heat gun to remove stain and a layer of paint from my hall floor. Used with these tools, it did a very effective job and was extremely easy to use and made little mess. The container lid was damaged on arrival, which would have been a problem had I not been using the entire contents.”

“Well made and good looking product. Delivered on time. I'd like to see the design altered to allow for different water connections to it. As delivered, you can only connect a hose to it. I wanted to connect it to a PEX pipe and needed to change the connection to make this work.”

“They sell some good products, an excellent range of paint for example. Delivery was prompt. They soon answered my email enquiry, when my order arrived damaged. What I can't fathom is why the carriers of the two orders I have placed with Celtic Sustainables, both contrived to dent the paint tins, without damaging the cartons that enclosed them.”

“So the product l bought was some beautiful natural paint pigments which did just what l wanted. The reason l didn’t give 5stars was because firstly you need an awful lot of the pigment for a deep colour and secondly l only found out after mixing the pigment into the paint that it must be used up quickly or it makes the paint go off ! Apart from that - wonderful!”

“The web-site contains a lot of helpful advice and guidance. It offers good value for money and the delivery in my case was very quick; virtually overnight. The pricing schedule and purchasing is a bit confusing; a standard price of £35 is quoted but it does not seem to apply to all the size options.”

“A easy to navigate web site, ordered Earthborn chalk paint, very expensive but high quality. A good site if you are doing any decorating at home as there is no odour with Earthborn chalk paint and no chemicals. Very happy with my purchase. I would use Celtic Sustainables again in future.”
