“Helpful and informative on the phone. There was a confusion about shipping ( sent with 2 different carriers) but this was human error by a new member of staff so unlikely to happen again”

Hi Stephen, Sincere apologies for the issues with the delivery. Unfortunately, there aren't many carriers that will carry the 2 water butts through the courier network. The only real alternative is via pallet delivery, which would nearly double the delivery price. We have had a quick look at our records, and we couldn't find any email or phone records matching the details you provided for the order, nor does anyone recall a complaint coming through. We are not saying there wasn’t contact, but we couldn't find any messages or calls in our search. Unfortunately, no delivery isn’t at risk of failure or fault, but these are rare, isolated incidents. We will, however, raise this with our contact for this carrier. Really glad you are happy with water butts, just in time for some rain. Kind regards, Celtic Sustainables

“Celtic sustainables were fantastic when I dropped the washer for adjusting the length of the arm on the Quickstop advance float valve in the tank. It is a big tank and no way of retrieving it! Lesson learned. I sent an e-mail to ask for a replacement and it was in the post the next morning. Wonderful service.”
