When trying to colour match to an existing wall, we would always advise on buying a sample pot and testing a small area first just to make sure. “excellant range, good advice, easy to use website. The carrier used for my order was not good. Didn't deliver even though I was home, sitting by the front window so as not to miss. The photo sent was from inside a vehicle behind some bins, nowhere near my door. The next day they telephoned ahead to have me come out to the sidewalk to recieve the, quite small, package. and then inside the book was bent and the wall glaze was open, though only a little had spilled past the tape.”

That’s certainly not the standard we expect from our carriers, and we completely understand how frustrating that must have been, especially when you were waiting in for the parcel. “The product arrived with the lid open, resulting in a significant spill and wasted paint. I contacted Celtic Sustainables immediately and, as advised, sent photos by email. Unfortunately, I never received a response or an apology, which was disappointing given the circumstances. Revision: Anthony from Celtic Sustainables explained that my earlier email had been flagged as spam, which is why I hadn’t received a response. He was very understanding and offered to refund a large portion of my order to cover the spill and inconvenience. I actually felt this was too generous and suggested a smaller amount instead. While I still believe the tins could have been packaged more securely to prevent the spill, I’m pleased to have reached a resolution.”

“This product differs from a normal paste; however, once you understand how much of the product you need to undertake the work you have, which can be a minuscule amount from the small package of product. Upon application, the product has been effective (so far!). To work out how much of the product you need, some might find their O-level maths is not adequate.”

“Good enough if you want a cheaper option than pure sheepwool. Can be touched and pladed where needed easily although the consistency is a but hard at times separate into slabs. Delivery was perfect.”

“Everyone is very efficient and helpful. At the moment having problems with Earthborn paints not being the correct colour. Earthborn themselves are looking into this using brushouts + batch numbers etc.”

“I’m sure the new fan motor is fine but changing it made no difference to the Eco-fan. Save yourself money and spend £3 on some thermal paste. Spread this on both sides of the peltier(look it up) and this will do the job. Do this before you buy a new motor.”
