“Excellent service, rang initially and the lady was very helpful and then drove to the premises and was met by possibly the same lady again very friendly and helpful, waiting while that paint was mixed no time at all. Excellent price couldn’t be hsppier.”

“The product arrived with the lid open, resulting in a significant spill and wasted paint. I contacted Celtic Sustainables immediately and, as advised, sent photos by email. Unfortunately, I never received a response or an apology, which was disappointing given the circumstances. Revision: Anthony from Celtic Sustainables explained that my earlier email had been flagged as spam, which is why I hadn’t received a response. He was very understanding and offered to refund a large portion of my order to cover the spill and inconvenience. I actually felt this was too generous and suggested a smaller amount instead. While I still believe the tins could have been packaged more securely to prevent the spill, I’m pleased to have reached a resolution.”
