“The noise of the heating pipes under the bedroom floor were keeping me awake. I have access to under the floor as a crawlspace. It is dry and ventilated. I was guided by the Celtic Sustainables website that 75mm Thermafleece would give me approx 40db sound reduction. I put the suff ujp between the joists and stapled it in poosition. It's worked though it's not entirely silent.”
