“Celtic Sustainables supplied me with some specialist paint that I’d had trouble getting hold of. One company quoted me a £16.00 delivery fee for a similar product. The paint took three days to arrive in Northern Scotland at reasonable cost. It was perfect for the purpose.I’d use this company again.”

“BEWARE DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS Very disappointed that this company will not accept a return on a coloured paint from Earthborn (that was a colour from their range not bespoke). I didnt realise my decorator had already bought paint so now have no need of this and am left >£50 out of pocket.”

Hi Jessica, Apologies for not accepting the return on this occasion. Coloured paints are tinted to order (even ones on the colour card) and are ineligible for return as per the terms on conditions. Standard stock items we do accept returns within 30 days of delivery. However, despite this, we do sometimes accept returns for items on a case-by-case basis for resale at a reduced rate in our shop. In this case, a large tin of dark blue eggshell would be tough to sell at any reasonable price, which is why on this occasion we declined the return as per our terms and conditions. “The Coloured Earth pigments came highly recommended by Claire Benn. It was perhaps a little disappointing to find that the colour range available was limited compared to the colour chart, but that being said you had all the ones I wanted as a starter set. The service was great and the pigments were delivered very quickly.”

“Brilliant service, excellent advice on the phone, and great low VOC paint and primer received at a very competitive price, even with postage cost. Can't recommend enough, will definitely head here first before other paint suppliers. The paint arrived next day, so a super quick delivery”

“The 3 bags of lime plaster was delivered quickly and at a competitive price. Maybe I could make a small suggestion...for small orders such as this, perhaps bags could be shrink-wrapped and then boxed. One box of the three had split open which caused a tear to the bag inside.”

“Celtic Sustainables are very prompt with their deliveries. The clay paint I bought (about 4 different deliveries) were all very fast, the paint was very well packaged and arrived totally undamaged. Celtic Sustainables were also the cheapest by a long way, the same paint costing £100 at many other places, making the £65 price very attractive. I rang to enquire on useage and was advised by a knowledgeable person, which was good. I'd not hesitate to recommend this company, top marks all round.”
