“From an easy to navigate website to a speedy and very responsive service this was a very pleasant shopping experience, with faster than expected delivery as well.”
“I have bought a fair amount of lighting from Castlegate- the fittings have always turned out great and dispatch is quick. The two times that there have been issues 1) breakage of a glass shade in transit- shade replaced with new within 2 days 2) courier issues- castlegate managed that through for me. So post sale customer service in my very real experience is great. Recommended”
“After several attempts to find some pendant lights (which were either out of stock or the suppliers had poor reviews), used Trustpilot and found Castlegate Lights. They had a really good range at reasonable prices, and they delivered my lights within 48 hours of order. Lights were well packed with no damage.. Finally had them installed today, and look fantastic. Recommended.”
“Great service and efficient. Good shipping times and offer excellent swap/return service. Really helpful and friendly advice. Purchased a few items now and very happy with the product range. Thank you”
“My order was delivered very quickly, given that it was placed between Christmas and New Year and during lockdown, and it was very well packed. Very pleased with the service, thank you.”
