“Having quickly found a suitable product on the website I called to check real availability as we had been previously let down by competitors who claimed to have stock but didn't. An immediate answer was followed by superb friendly, helpful customer care. The order was taken over the phone since I had called. The delivery was super quick which was great for our tight project timeline. I would thoroughly recommend Castlegate. Egatelights.”
“Couldn?t be more helpful. Called back when the original orders were not available enabling a quick alternative to be chosen from their extensive range. Excellent service. Would definitely use again. Stewart”
“Great company to deal with. The lights we ordered arrived two days after ordering. They came wrapped up in a box marked fragile and with enough packing around them to keep me recycling for a week. Very well packed. I have put the lights up and we are very pleased with them. If we need any more we know where to go.”
“Brilliant Company I have been dealing with Castlegatelights for several years they never let me down and the product quality is always far far superior to there competitors. Always delivered on times well as being carefully packaged.”
“Prompt despatch of our lights which arrived on time. We had one faulty set but with one phone call to Castelgatelights a replacement set was despatched and arrived the next day. Returning the faulty set was easy too ... the driver had a label at the ready and took the parcel back. No queuing at the Post Office or the courier agent. Really first class service.”
“Helpful and polite staff and I would definitely buy from them again. Just a suggestion for the website. It would be helpful if it showed what they have in stock rather than what they can order in as I was looking for lights that I knew had been discontinued and after ordering two, they said they only had one in stock and could not get anymore as the item had been discontinued.”
