“First time purchaser and I can honestly say that my experience with Castlegate Lights has been exceptional. From the onset of the order to delivery, the process has been faultless. Communication has been on-point and the items were delivered on time.
I would add that there was a minor issue with one of the bulbs I had purchased and the customer service team were amazing post sale.
I would highly recommend any wishing to use this company.”
“I searched for the pendant lights I wanted and found them at Castlegate Lights. They were priced much lower at Castlegate so I ordered 3. I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived the following morning. They were well wrapped in bubblewrap and double boxed.
I am a very satisfied customer!!”
“Great range of products, easy to navigate website and very helpful customer service makes this a must-go-to for domestic lighting, inside and outside”
“Good selection of stock, keenly priced and superb customer service. I ordered at 9 at night and had the following day before 10 in the morning. Amazing!”
“Originally ordered this product from B&Q but after 8 days of waiting I looked online and luckily found this company. Not only did they promise delivery in 2 days (which they delivered on) but they also were 20 pounds cheaper than B&Q. The item is perfect, exactly as described and I couldn't be happier.”
