“Helpful and polite staff and I would definitely buy from them again. Just a suggestion for the website. It would be helpful if it showed what they have in stock rather than what they can order in as I was looking for lights that I knew had been discontinued and after ordering two, they said they only had one in stock and could not get anymore as the item had been discontinued.”
“Delivery was quick and on time. Along with the light switches and sockets I also ordered a dimmer switch. The electricians fitted all switches/sockets and the dimmer switch, however after a while the new lights started to flicker. Luckily they had a spare dimmer in their van and swapped the components with my dimmer and it worked. Can only assume it was a faulty dimmer switch. Would have been very annoying to have to return it at a cost to myself and then re-order another - at another cost to myself and then get the electrician back out!”
