Returning the faulty set was easy too ... the driver had a label at the ready and took the parcel back. No queuing at the Post Office or the courier agent. Really first class service.”

“Delivery was quick and on time. Along with the light switches and sockets I also ordered a dimmer switch. The electricians fitted all switches/sockets and the dimmer switch, however after a while the new lights started to flicker. Luckily they had a spare dimmer in their van and swapped the components with my dimmer and it worked. Can only assume it was a faulty dimmer switch. Would have been very annoying to have to return it at a cost to myself and then re-order another - at another cost to myself and then get the electrician back out!”
