“Delivery and contact first class. The fitting itself was excellent, pity that with the bulbs supplied one was faulty and gave off a dull yellow glow. Quality control please note.”
“Product was delivered the day after our order was placed. We even received a text stating the delivery time - so we didn't have to wait in all day. Excellent!”
“Such great delivery service using DPD. My light was delivered the next working day and I received regular updates via email and text regarding the time and other delivery options should I need to reschedule. Fantastic service! I haven't fitted my light yet but hopefully it meets my high expectations Castlegate Lights have now set!”
“Goods were delivered next day in well protected packaging.
Lighting units were good quality and I am very happy with both the service and goods.
I would use Castlegate again without hesitation.”
“Dar Barclay Bathroom Antique Brass. Quality of fitting fairly good. Single gromet in wall plate to allow wire access is offset therefore replacing 2 old lights with wires equi distant each side of mirror rather a fiddle. Also difficult to wire up into connectors if only short wires coming from wall. Very limited space to put in extension wire with another connector.”
“Very pleased with service,I was kept up to date with delivery times and you have understanding sales team as I got totally confused they explained and I received the goods I wanted, mant thanks Chris Piddington.”
“Outstanding transaction. The identical item I purchased was offered at a lower price compared to other sites and delivery was the next day after placing the order! Would definitely recommend and will be using again. Many thanks.”
“Great service, emails received to keep me informed and always helpful. Very pleased with the eventual lights received and hope they look as nice when fitted as they do in the box. Would certainly purchase from Castlegate Lights again in the future.”
“Excellent service with good prices - not all of our articles were available immediately but we were kept fully up to date at all times and delivery system very prompt.”
