The day that the courier message was telling me that the goods would be delivered, I had a call from Castlegate saying that a stock issue indicated that they had shipped me the wrong product. They said that they would get the package recalled on the courier and ship me the right product. Sure enough - the next day I had my fitting. So not quite as timely as expected, but I knew what was happening and didn't have to deal with the delivery of an incorrect product. Mistakes happen, but the test of a company is how they deal with it, and in my experience Castlegate can teach everyone a lesson....”
