They did exactly what they said they would do, order it from their overseas supplier and then courier it to me. The packaging was amazing and it arrived in perfect condition. I was so pleased with the light and service that I ordered a second one. However, finding the bulb supplied in the original to be too bright the second one will be supplied with a lower wattage and a second same power bulb for the original. Nothing too much trouble.”

While the packaging of lamps was robust, this and lamp bulbs had been placed in a more flimsy carton surrounded by bubble wrap much of which had burst. As a result the package came rather dented. Fortunately everything came intact. Definitely will from castle lights again”
