Why do manufacturers still use this non-recyclable, polluting material for packaging! It should be banned! Made for a horrible experience!”

They emailed straight back to apologise and said they would ring me on the Monday morning to take my order. They rang, took the order, and delivered it on the specified day. “They had the product I wanted at the best price. They use DPD, my preferred delivery company. Slight problems with the website being unresponsive and me getting through to an anonymous voicemail when I called their phone number (It was a Saturday afternoon though) so I initially thought our relationship would end there and I'd go elsewhere but they must've registered a missed call (I hadn't left a message) and called me back. We resolved the problem and placed the order and it was delivered exactly as promised. They say you can tell how a company really is with how they deal with things that go wrong and Castlegate Lights really did offer a five-star service even though my total experience on this occasion was only four-star. I definitely recommend them based on my first experience with them.”
“Bought two and then another one, certainly look good. Vey well wrapped and packaged, in bubble wrap in a box and then in another box. Something about the bubble wrap seems to leave a bubble pattern on the glass of the globe but careful washing in the bath with soapy water removed it (so I am told). Bought the suggested bulbs too, they look good but are not dimmable (we knew this when buying). As we have a dimmer switch on two of the lights we will try a similar bulb which is dimmable.”
