“I sent for 2 different colours with the intention of choosing one….. but in the end I decided to keep both! They are lovely to wear but my only criticism is that the sleeves are long for me and become rather loose when I have to push them up as they have no “cuff”. I’m sure some people will turn them back but it’s not a look that I particularly like on me. That’s why only 4 🌟 & not 5.”

“I have been a customer for a while buying from your pop up stands at various shows .This is my first experience with mail order from yourself . The items arrived promptly unfortunately one of the items wasn’t suitable and has had to be returned These items were sale items and I didn’t realise these weren’t free returns . It has cost me £7.65 to send the package back to you . The item being returned cost £155 so had to pay to track it . I would seriously think twice about ordering sale items without a free returns policy next time . Regards Barbara Magee”

“very quick delivery. Also as I am 70 yrs old the web site was easy to use unlike some other companies. slightly disappointed with the Lugano, not as turquoise as I expected but delighted with the product otherwise. Please consider brighter colours in the future”

“Don't seem to be able ever to get through on the phone anymore always diverted then takes several hours to return the call. Also this last order was promised 24 hours which caused me a problem as I was going away fortunately it got posted through the letter box. Sometimes parcels get left on the door step.”

“My order and Delivery was trouble free. The quality of the cashmere was really lovely but unfortunately the neckline didn’t fit me well and therefore didn’t look right on me. I returned it on the day that it was delivered by first class post and included the necessary paperwork. This was a week ago and there has been a bank holiday but I haven’t received any acknowledgment yet. I do have proof of postage though.”

“I bought a "cashmere comb" for £5. Brilliant. However, my issue with C&C is the postage. They charged £4.95 for something that went into a small packet and probably could have gone 2nd class. Quite reasonable if you are buying larger items, but they need to have some system whereby people aren't ripped off. I certainly feel that way, and I cannot see myself using them again.”

“Love the quality, styles and colours that Cashmere and Cotton offer and they would always be my first point of call for Cashmere. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately Royal Mail let them down with regard to my latest order, which meant that I waited a week for delivery of something I'd wanted for a particular occasion. Hopefully this was a one-off!”

“Very happy with fast delivery, colours are great and suttle! Quality very good. Service friendly! Why I did not 5 stars is, because the arm length of the sweater was too short, and the given advise at the summerfair at Olympia, I was told to pull them longer...?! I thought this was not professional. Eventually I bought the fingerless gloves, got rid of the thumb and wear them upside down, in order to elongate the sleeves, this works wonderfully well, but adds £49.- to the price.”

“Lovely website - informative and attractive. Photos convey a high quality product. Easy to order and fast confirmation. Royal Mail strikes meant it took a long time to arrive. However, I was able to speak to someone on the phone who was very helpful in updating me on the status of my order.”
