Lovely quality product. Have had to return the scarf as it wasn’t quite the right colour. Hopefully, the item will be refunded promptly.

Colour of the product differed from original picture, also the overal product disappointing and Varys from other purchases made. However I objected strongly to the intrusive phone call basically questioning my decision for returning the item. That is not good business practice ! It almost felt like how dare I say it fell short of my expectations . Bullish tactics sorry will never deal with you again.

I was really looking forward to my jumper arriving. I had first seen it at a show but they didn’t have my size so I ordered one… Unfortunately when the jumper did arrive it was in the wrong size so I had to return it. I just hope they still have my size to exchange it with…

A wee bit disappointed for the price. I have purchased a lot of cashmere in the past however this product is the first cashmere that has given me the tingle of static. I normally would expect this from synthetic products. I am not convinced of the quality of this item.

Sorry pressed the wrong button!! I am very happy with the jumper I ordered. Like the style very much. There were no washing instructions included. That would have been an improvement

I really feel there should be a free returns option of perhaps over £50 as most items fit the description. I’ve just had to pay £11 to ensure a safe return of an item costing £500

You sent me the wrong size in the Kimono style (apologies accepted) and was told the correct size would be sent that day. I did receive the package but a different style altogether! I now await my original order of s/m in the Kimono. We all make mistakes.
