I’ve ordered a few cashmere products now and the quality of the cashmere seems to differ. Some cashmere jumpers are very thin in quality, and cost over £200. While others are thicker in quality. And some are soft, as the high prices should reflect, while some other styles the cashmere is itchy/scratchy!!! High quality cashmere should never be itchy or scratchy. It seems the quality of the cashmere differs between styles which is a shame. On the positive side, returns and refunds have been smooth.

Fabulous colour and style but smaller in size than the jumpers used to be which is a pity as now the Med/large is quite fitted, whereas the second size used to be generous. Not sure if would purchase again.

Unfortunately, I did not receive my order. Instead I took a call explaining that they had possibly miscounted the jumpers they had in stock and were unable to fulfill my order. I was offered another colour but no compensation for the error.

When stock is so low, we occasionally find the stock count out due to damages or returns, and we apologise that your item was not available. beautiful cardigan, but very very oversized so had to return unfortunately, they don't send a label for postage when in the sale so paid for delivery and return. called at the weekend twice didn't get the as-promised call back - so called again on Monday. Disappointing

Have to say the quality of the garments is excellent, but service, not so. Wrong item sent initially, so I reordered the correct item in case of sell out during sale period. Contacted C&C and was promised a refund of postage. Refund did not include postage and correct item arriving was charged postage. Sent all items back but have had to pay two lots of postage both ways, not happy. Previously purchased one of the cashmere kimono tunics which was fab, if I wasn't intending to purchase further kimono tunics in the future I would not shop with C&C again.

Although the cashmere is a lovely quality, the sizing is unreliable. I bought a cardigan and a jumper - both S/M and I am a size 8. They totally swamped me and could no way be described as S (even if you want them to be loose-fitting!) I will also be VERY reluctant in future to spend £300 and then have to pay for return postage :(... Really not good customer service in a competitive market!!

Thank you for your feedback. The styles in question are quite generous and we are sorry that the S/M was too large for you. We are looking to widen the size range going forward to accommodate both smaller and fuller figures. Please be aware that we do offer free uk returns on all full price products.

The scarf arrived quickly and expertly wrapped, alas the colour which looks like a rich golden yellow on the website has a greenish hue. A disappointing and expensive misadventure.

The quality of the jumper was beautiful but the colour was not consistent with the marketing I had seen. Was extremely disappointed to find that, in addition to delivery postage, I was also forced to pay for the return. Irksome particularly when I consider the colour was not as detailed. Unfortunately because of my experience I will not be purchasing again

So sorry that you were disappointed with our service as we strive to be transparent and helpful with all our valued customers. I am so sorry that you did not find the colour to be as expected, especially as we feature a number of images of our product on the site, photographed inside, outside in natural light and in the studio to demonstrate the colour as best we can. Return postage is applied during the sale but will be free when we launch the new season stock. Hope this helps and thank you for your feedback.
