Unfortunately I didn’t have the best experience with the delivery of my cashmere jumper. I had to phone 5 days after placing my order to ask when my jumper would be dispatched . Lynn looked into the situation and apologised for my missed delivery. Although I received an apology, and 48 hour delivery. I think my delivery costs should been refunded.

I bought at Spirit of Christmas and the items needed to be sent. I identified the address but my purchases were sent to the wrong address. I have now manged to retireve them by gong in to London (one week later.)

I got my order quickly, it was well packaged. Unfortunately I had to return it as it didn’t suit and I’m still awaiting an acknowledgment of my return after six days. I hope to receive a refund very soon.

The design of the Kimono cardigan is lovely , however one top like this , which I have sworn quite a bit , appears to be starting to bobble , disappointing.

However, we're truly sorry to learn that you’re experiencing bobbling after some wear. Can we suggest that you wash your cashmere at 30 degrees in the washing machine and then comb using our cashmere comb. We are happy to send you a comb if you do not have one. This will remove any loose fibres that may be causing this. Once you have washed your item a few times, this should cease and your cardigan should be as good as new and continue to give you pleasure for many years to come. Once again a beautiful sweater from Cashmere and Cotton. I bought the navy Breton in M/L. But the sizing is disappointingly small. I’m a small size 18 and this sweater is supposed to be a relaxed fit up to size 20. It’s skin tight. Hoping it’ll ‘relax’ once hung up for a while as I’ve been waiting for this sweater to come back in stock in navy since last Winter.

I have received two cashmere items now but unfortunately both have had to be returned because they were too big. Both S/M which is my normal size. It's such a shame and so disappointing as the quality is outstanding. Also the attention to detail is impressive. Maybe sizing could be looked at and improved on. I would be interested to know if other customers are experiencing the same problem.

We are sorry to hear that your items were not suitable due to sizing and apologise for disappointing you, as you seem delighted with the quality and styling. We do stock, 3 different fits, these being Classic Fit, Relaxed Fit and Oversized Fit and it is worth checking the website for these categories as our styling does generally tend to be very relaxed and oversized. A classic fit item may be the best option for you? In view of similar feedback, we are looking to introduce additional sizes into our product range, ie XS and XL for future ranges which we hope will help to overcome some of the issues you have highlighted. The sweaters were lovely but too big but very dissappointed that I had to pay return postage which cost £9.99 to cover over £20 . This has put me off buying in the sale again unfortunately . I would have asked for exchange but did not want perhaps another £9.99 postage cost if it were in the sale , sadly

Lovely website and purchase/delivery process. Quality of cashmere not great for the price, also colour very différent from photographs ie a hard fushia pink rather than soft raspberry.

Nice looking jumpers and lovely cashmere but jumpers are just cut too large for my liking. They don't feel oversized, they feel too big and make me looked swamped instead of casual. Items arrived early (said closed over Christmas but arrived before expected). Had to pay to return which was a disappointment considering how expensive the items are.

Freya yolk jumper is a lovely shape.. but the colours are somewhat mute .. and the red lava is not red at all but a rust colour; please do something brighter in this design.

I have bought a lot of great jumpers from you, and recently bought an oversize shirt - a first for me. Sadly it arrived bunched up in it's bag, looking a terrible mess! Had to wash it before I could wear it, very disappointed.

Delighted with my jumper ordered previously. Then ordered a comb de piller at £5 and was charged £4.95 postage which is a disgrace . I asked about this on Facebook but did not receive an answer. Do not appreciate the lack of a reply. Indeed could one of these not be included when making a clothes purchase?

Very disappointed. The fabric looks ok but the size …? To me oversized is casually fitted in the shoulders and really generous over belly and hips. Unfortunately it is rather “slim-fit”, not at all as on the pictures!

Not happy! I am a regular customer of C&C (seven items purchased) so I was very disappointed not to be able to purchase extra darning wool. A tiny length is supplied but not enough to darn holes left by some hungry moths. I was told that all wool is sent to C&C repair service - I’m an expert darner so do not want to pay £40 for someone else to repair my sweater. For the high cost of the knitwear I would have thought a little extra wool is not too much to ask.

Good Evening Jill, I am so sorry that you have been left disappointed by our after service as we always try to do everything we can to help. On this occasion the yarn you were looking for was stocked by us, quite a few years ago and we just didn't have any more available, so we suggested that our repair service might be able to match up very well, as they have any spare yarn and more besides, and can normally produce a very good invisible repair. I am sorry if you believed that we didn't want to help, but this is not the case. We do supply spare yarn with all our cashmere jumpers for this very purpose, but apologise that we just didn't have any more in house. The cashmere repair service is not a profit making part of our business but we do it as a service to our customers which repairs and returns damaged sweaters like new. So sorry for any inconvenience caused.

I love & have some of C&C's styles. That said, I have docked 2 stars because I find paying postage on top of their extremely high prices is beyond annoying & unnecessary and their sweaters pil (bauble) very badly, reducing the life of the item significantly. I have waited until I have had a few of C&C's items before posting my review as I wanted to make sure that the pil-ing was not a one-off.

Beautiful products but I was quite shocked at the customer care of a company associating itself with quality. My purchase was not delivered to me. I was told by the person who dealt with the query that it had been delivered somewhere on my road and asked ‘cant you go and look for it?’. I did and wrote back saying I had knocked on all the doors of the range she gave me and nobody had it. That was last week. I have heard nothing since. I was about to order another sweater but it has made me nervous. The lost purchase was about £15. The next was to be over £200.

The storage bag that I bought had a very strong plastic smell inside, even after I tried to air it overnight. The company reacted well and asked to return it. I was reimbursed for the item, but unfortunately not for the postage that was £4.95. Can I get reimbursed for this, too, please?
