“Kimono lovely as always (I have 4) but copper glow has been returned as the colour looked brighter online and this one just doesn’t suite me! Shame!”

“This was my second purchase of a long sleeve kimono, they're lovely. I got two colours to choose from, because I wasn't sure about the rendition on the website. The quality and service from C&C is excellent but I would have thought for the high cost of these sweaters they might have arrived in a box, not a cheap plastic bag, which had a tear in it on arrival and doesn't have reseal tape. Also, return postage should be free for these expensive items. To return a sweater via Hermes, including insurance to the value of £200 it cost £15.”

“Grey comb that looks like it will de-bobble knitwear. Shame it's not like the photo - tortoiseshell with a ribbon - although I admit it was advertised as 'white'.”

“Items arrived and look very nice; good fit. Bit puzzled why the company logo says Warm & Co and not Cashmere & Co. I chose Cashmere & Co because the product is ethically sourced so am now a little unsure if Warm & Co reflect the same principles? I'd like C&C to contact me with more information. I'm sure it's just a shop name, but nevertheless...”

“Quick customer service, jumper arrived really quickly and well packaged.Lovely quality cashmere and beautiful colour too. A little on the large side if you are a small but roomy and comfortable to wear come the cooler weather !”

“It’s so reassuring to have such soft, light and cosy pieces (bought over several years) to choose from, especially on a chilly, damp day. Wearing a C&C garment cheers me up no end. Great service too. Please consider adding more slightly longer and more roomy items (ideally v necked) for those of us in size 20 range who enjoy them! So grateful to my friend for recommending you years back!”
