My order and Delivery was trouble free. The quality of the cashmere was really lovely but unfortunately the neckline didn’t fit me well and therefore didn’t look right on me.
I returned it on the day that it was delivered by first class post and included the necessary paperwork. This was a week ago and there has been a bank holiday but I haven’t received any acknowledgment yet. I do have proof of postage though.
