“Super swift dispatch as always but let down again by delivery said was being delivered sat morning and turned up Monday evening which is disappointing given the delivery charge for 48 hrs.”

“Loved the scarves that I had seen at Chelsea but had not been in a position to buy. They are an excellent size and quality and I know will get a lot of use. Was rather surprised at the cost of postage for such a small item.”

“Great cashmere - beautifully soft and wears well - and great styles too. Prompt dispatch and service. Good value sale items but I wish more colours & styles were on sale at the same time as I can only justify buying when reduced, and I never know when my favourites might come up in the sale. This means I have bought my second choice only to find that my first choice is on sale later. Can’t buy both!!”

“I have purchased kimono 4 jumpers and a poncho . I have just returned a long line cardigan . The M/L is supposed to accommodate a size 16/18. I could not get the seams to meet at all it was so small. The kimono jumpers are not as flattering as shown on the models and there needs to be some revision of sizes. I am a standard 16 and have adhered to the advisory about initial garment handling to maximise the size but any effects are not discernible. There needs to be a L/XL addition to the range .”
