“I love & have some of C&C's styles. That said, I have docked 2 stars because I find paying postage on top of their extremely high prices is beyond annoying & unnecessary and their sweaters pil (bauble) very badly, reducing the life of the item significantly. I have waited until I have had a few of C&C's items before posting my review as I wanted to make sure that the pil-ing was not a one-off.”

“Prompt delivery, which was great, colour well represented from website! Size M/L, Length arms really too short, was told at Olympia Fair to pull really hard..?! My hight: 179cm. Size 38/40. This was a disappointment, maybe wrist warmers might help.. Otherwise, lovely 'weight' and colours fantastic!”

“Beautiful products but I was quite shocked at the customer care of a company associating itself with quality. My purchase was not delivered to me. I was told by the person who dealt with the query that it had been delivered somewhere on my road and asked ‘cant you go and look for it?’. I did and wrote back saying I had knocked on all the doors of the range she gave me and nobody had it. That was last week. I have heard nothing since. I was about to order another sweater but it has made me nervous. The lost purchase was about £15. The next was to be over £200.”

“The storage bag that I bought had a very strong plastic smell inside, even after I tried to air it overnight. The company reacted well and asked to return it. I was reimbursed for the item, but unfortunately not for the postage that was £4.95. Can I get reimbursed for this, too, please?”

“I have loved cashmere for a long time but I was struck by the quality of the jumper and scarf from Cashmere & Cotton. They feel incredibly soft. I have been looking for a cashmere scarf which is a bit longer but still a reasonable price and I’ve struggled until now but I’m so happy with my new scarf! Would definitely recommend this company.”

“Lovely quality items however paying for postage for delivery and returns is not acceptable as online shopping suggests some purchases are not quite right and need returning. It will make me think twice purchasing again.”
