I have been a customer for a while buying from your pop up stands at various shows .This is my first experience with mail order from yourself . The items arrived promptly unfortunately one of the items wasn’t suitable and has had to be returned These items were sale items and I didn’t realise these weren’t free returns . It has cost me £7.65 to send the package back to you . The item being returned cost £155 so had to pay to track it . I would seriously think twice about ordering sale items without a free returns policy next time . Regards Barbara Magee
