“Good price, good product, speedy dispatch. Let down by Nevri who delivered the parcel to my chosen pick up point but failed to log it on their system. I won't use you again unless you change carriers.”

“i have been dealing with Cartridge Shop for many years and just encountered a small problem with a 302XL Cartridge. Lindsay could not have been more helpful in helping me resolve my problem. She was absolutely fantastic in every way..a fast response to my initial problem followed by a step by step guide on how to resolve it. Some companies just fob you off with a Copy and Pasted answer but Lindsay followed it through right to the end. She is a credit to the Company and i shall definitely be using them again for my future Ink Purchases. Well done Lindsay 10/10 and a sure Winner of Employee of the Month !”

“As a company I cannot fault your efficiency and reliabilitity; always delivering exactly what has been order in a timely and good fashion (usually). But, it is a shame I cannot say the same for your delivery company Evri..... my last order being 'lost' and delivered to the wrong address. I will say that when I explained the non-appearance of my parcel your Customer service's Lucy A. was extremely helpful in assisting me to find and retrieve it. This is why I have given you the excellent review rating......”

“The blue non-HP cartridge keeps blocking up and constantly needs to be cleaned every 2 days A replacement one does the same I will stick with HP in future from the cheapest supplier.I cannot be bothered to complain Generally Cartridge Shop is good Steve L”
