“Your ink cartridge appears to be OK but I have only given you 1 star for the appalling delivery service. I work from home so the delivery is made to my home address. Unfortunately you use Evri who don't care if the goods are delivered safely or not. The courier didn't bother to ring the doorbell and left the parcel hanging out of the letterbox for anyone to take! This is the second time this has happened. I don't think I will be purchasing anything from you again whilst you use the worst courier in existance!!!”
