“You were very good but sadly you use Evri as your courier! They are appalling! Pretend to have delivered parcels they haven't and produce photos showing they have been delivered to unrelated addresses! Avoid Evri!”

“I ordered a laser HP 1022 cartridge online and it arrived promptly the next day. The package was delivered by a courier company that has a poor reputation but there were no problems here.”

“I give this 5* because the cartridges were delivered well packed & in the time specified, I have not had a chance to use them as the old cartridges performed the task I needed doing so these are still in their box. However this is an Epson R300 printer which has been "fussy" about Non Epson cartridges in the past so it will be interesting to see the results but I wont be in a position to use the for several weeks!!!”

“Your agent Liam was very helpful. However, your product this time was not up to your normal high standards. The chip on two cartridges was buckled and rejected by my printer. and the ink dispensers dripped ink everywhere, including over my shirt. Liam replaced the faulty cartridges by return of post. Excellent response from your agent, but product quality not so good. Rgds W.Andrews”
