“As a company I cannot fault your efficiency and reliabilitity; always delivering exactly what has been order in a timely and good fashion (usually). But, it is a shame I cannot say the same for your delivery company Evri..... my last order being 'lost' and delivered to the wrong address. I will say that when I explained the non-appearance of my parcel your Customer service's Lucy A. was extremely helpful in assisting me to find and retrieve it. This is why I have given you the excellent review rating......”

“The blue non-HP cartridge keeps blocking up and constantly needs to be cleaned every 2 days A replacement one does the same I will stick with HP in future from the cheapest supplier.I cannot be bothered to complain Generally Cartridge Shop is good Steve L”

“Dave really helped me out after I had lost my receipt which I needed to claim expenses. A copy was emailed to me within 24hours (even though I had emailed on Sunday)”

“Customer Service from Lindsay was again excellent. I am pleased to confirm the replacement cartridge promptly sent me is working smoothly. The problem that developed with the earlier one supplied & used for a brief while when faulty cartridge message suddenly appeared, & printing stopped was the first time ever I have had a problem with Cartridge Shop cartridges. I shall certainly continue to order from Cartridge Shop in the future for my printer cartridge orders & I can heartily recommend them & Lindsay for excellent Customer Service & supplies.”
